Yves Ovelacq is a photographer based in Kortrijk, Belgium, known for a clean and elegant aesthetic that spans a diverse range of subjects. His journey began at age 11, assisting his father in their attic darkroom. To Yves, it was pure magic to watch images materialize on paper in the emulsion baths.

His passion for photography was reignited during the COVID-19 pandemic. What started with family portraits and landscapes soon evolved into a professional career specializing in real estate and event photography for both corporate and private clients.

Yves now works with high-end equipment from Sony, Leica, and Hasselblad. Beyond his commercial work, he enjoys sharing his expertise through photowalks and hosts an annual exhibition of his art. He also offers street photography, landscapes, and cityscapes specifically curated for interior decor.
